It is again time to start preparing for the EFRA AGM.
In this first package you can find some info for preparing for the next EFRA AGM.
This year’s AGM will take place in the Brussels Hotel next to Van der Valk Airport on 1-3rd of November 2024.
A voucher for participating at this AGM will be send out later.
You can find an application form for future EFRA events here.
We kindly ask that those applications also will be provided to us as a Stage One Report.
The Stage One Report is required and will be published on the EFRA Webpage, to be used to inform drivers and will help federation delegates voting on your application.
Send your applications latest 10th of September.
You can also a list of EFRA committee board positions that are vacant or up for re-election here.
We also need before the deadline of 10th September:
Your proposals for changes in the EFRA rulebook.
The authorised persons in your federation, or associated members now have access to the proposal tool on the EFRA website to propose new rules, or make changes to the existing ones.
The tool will remain open till the 10th of September.
No proposals will be accepted after that date.
For those who are not familiar to the tool, as Associated Member, or have the permission from their federation, an online manual can be found here, and is also available on the proposal tab after login with admin access..
