Qualifying Update

As Tuesday draws to a close, Lee Martin is the one leaving the track the happiest!
After today's three rounds of qualifying, it was defending champion Lee Martin (GB) who heads the timesheets. Lee (car pictured) TQ'd all three of the rounds.

After TQ'ing round 2, which secured Lee a place on the front row of the A Final grid as a minimum, he said he would try some different things in the remaining three rounds.

He was pushed closest in the third round, with Hupo Honigl (AT) ending the run just 1 second behind.
With two rounds still to go tomorrow, and the round-by-round points system only counting each drivers two best scores, the order is far from set.

Also looking quick are last years podium finishers Jorn Neumann (DE) and Neil Cragg (GB). Peter Pinisch (AT) struggled in Rounds 1 and 2, but showed he has speed with a good Round 3 time.
1/10th Electric Euros Returnee Darren Bloomfield (GB) showed he had lost no pace despite not competing at the EFRA Euros in this class since 2006 by setting some very respectable times, and looks to secure himself an A Final spot.

Another 1/8th Off Road driver, David Ronnefalk proved the skills are transferrable by also setting very quick times.
But with a tricky track, two rounds to run tomorrow, and of course the three leg A finals, it's still anyone's championship!
