Qualifying Complete in Valencia

After four rounds of qualifying, Alain Bernard Arnaldi tops the timesheets
With all four Qualifying rounds completed, French driver Arnaldi tops the sheets and will start pole in Semi A tomorrow. Arnaldi, one of only two drivers to set 28 lap runs, put his best time in during the final round of qualifying.

He was challenged all day by compatriate Guillaume Solon, who also set his best time in the final round, but fell short of Arnaldi by 2 seconds after the 10 minute heat.

Early pace setter Matieu Briere, who had led after round one, was relegated down the order and ended fourth overall, beaten to third by a strong last run from defending champion, Martin Bayer.
Behind the top four, Andrea Catalani (IT) qualified fifth overall, after sitting in the top three going into the final round. Guido Ruster (DE) was sixth overall, with long time Large Scale racer Martin Lissau (DK) seventh.

Last years runner up, Dario Veseli (HR) ended in eigth place, whilst multiple time champion Markus Feldmann (DE) was disappointed to only be ninth overall. Giovanni Verbrugghe (BE) rounds out the top ten.

But the qualifying results only sets the starting field for the Semi Finals, with all drivers having to race into the Main Final.
