Letter to Federations July 17th 2022
Dear Friends,
It is the time of the year, to send you some info for preparing the next EFRA AGM.
Two important things you need to know:
– The EFRA executive have made the decision to have the 2022 AGM in Brussels at hotel Van der Valk, on 4-6 November 2022.
This AGM was normally scheduled for Malmo this year, but we will move this to 2023.
– EFRA prefers to have a physical meeting, but we are also investigation the possibilities to have a “Hybrid” meeting.
The combination of a physical and virtual meeting requires quite some preparing, not in the least to know how many persons will attend the physical AGM.
If your intentions are to come to Brussels, please use the voucher.
Deadline for attendance / registration On-Site (Hotel Van der Falk in Brussel) or Hybrid over Zoom is set at 2nd August 2022.
If you apply for On-Site an invoice according to your bookings will be send mid of September 2022.
We also need before the deadline of 11 September:
-Your applications for future races, please also look at the requirements list for organising EC’s.
-Your proposals for changes in the EFRA rulebook,
-And candidates for EFRA committee board positions that are up for re-election.
The proposal tool on the EFRA website is now open for you to propose new rules, or make changes to the existing ones.
The tool will remain open till the 11th of September.
No proposals will be accepted after that date.
For those who are not familiar to the tool, and have the permission from their federation, there is also a manual.
There is an online manual available on the proposal tab after login with admin access..
